Barista

```
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with different types of coffee beans
- Ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system accurately
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating change
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
