Whether you have some automotive experience, recently completed a school program, have worked on vehicles as a hobby, or simply have a strong interest in learning the trade, we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Perform Basic Maintenance: Assist with oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, fluid services, and other routine maintenance.
• Brake & Tire Service: Learn and perform basic brake, tire, and wheel services.
• Vehicle Inspections: Assist with used vehicle inspections and multipoint inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.
• Basic Repairs: Perform basic vehicle repairs as your skills and experience develop.
• Learn Diagnostics: Develop your knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques.
• Keep Vehicles Safe: Help ensure vehicles are properly serviced and ready for our customers.
• Maintain a Clean Workspace: Keep your work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Keep Learning: Work alongside experienced technicians and continue developing your automotive skills.

What We’re Looking For

• Automotive Experience: Previous automotive experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Hands-On Interest: A genuine interest in learning how vehicles work and how to service and repair them.
• Dependability: Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are extremely important.
• Willingness to Learn: Someone who is coachable, asks questions, and wants to continue developing their skills.
• Attention to Detail: Take pride in your work and understand the importance of doing the job correctly.
• Valid Driver’s License: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Team Player: Positive attitude and the ability to work well with experienced technicians, Service Advisors, and the rest of our team.
• Professionalism: Take pride in your work, your workspace, and the service you provide to our customers.
