Responsibilities
- Lead complex opportunity analyses and strategic client deliverables
- Translate business needs into analytic frameworks and data requirements
- Own development and presentation of analytic narratives for clients and executives
- Partner across functions to scope requirements and manage deliverables
- Proactively identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across client data
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in team output

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 years in Healthcare analytics, strategy, or consulting
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying large healthcare datasets
- Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
- Proven ability to gather requirements, manage projects, and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to clients or executives
- Prior experience in employee benefits, payer/provider strategy, or health plan analytics
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Background in consulting ( e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis, etc.)
- Familiarity with ROI analysis, underwriting, and LMR/benchmarking frameworks
- Experience working in high-pressure, client-facing roles with extended hours when required
