Major Account Manager

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Major Accounts Manager who will focus on fostering and growing relationships with our existing clients. This candidate must be willing to spend time in the field learning about our services on an operational level to better serve and retain our current clients. The primary responsibility is to retain and expand business with existing accounts, identifying opportunities to provide additional solutions and services that align with their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with current clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Identifies opportunities for growth within existing accounts by understanding client challenges and introducing relevant services and solutions.
• Conducts regular account reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned major accounts, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
• Collaborates with operational teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions and services that meet client expectations.
• Utilizes Salesforce to track client interactions, account performance, and sales activity, providing regular updates to management.
• Represents WIN Waste Innovations at industry-related conferences, exhibitions, associations, and functions to strengthen client relationships and industry presence.
• Maintains a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a professional and collaborative manner with clients, vendors, co-workers, and management.
• Completes all required sales reports in a thorough and timely manner.
• Performs other job-related duties, as required.

Experience, Education, Certification:

Required:

• Required: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in new business development
• Valid driver's license
