Job Title: HVAC Service Technician

About Us: Win Mechanical is looking for a Master Licensed Technician to meet our growing demand. We operate through all of Maine. We offer our customers: heating, cooling, refrigeration and plumbing services.
Responsibilities:
● Service, maintain, and repair various HVAC systems.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, ventilation, and air conditioning issues.
● Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional client communication.
● Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours service.
● Keep accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
● Maine Fuel Oil License (Master)
● Maine Appliance Connection and; Service NG/LPG License
● Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
● Plumbing and EPA 608 Certification (Encouraged, but not required)
● Clean driving record
● Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Good communication and customer service skills.
Compensation and; Benefits:
● Full-time position $35/hr-$60/hr
● Partial on-call rotation
