Summary
We’re looking for a great candidate with high school teaching and/or career readiness experience to provide WIN product implementation and training assistance to schools and agencies located throughout Michigan. You will work at customer sites and from home by email, telephone, and video conference to assure effective use of WIN’s products. It’s a highly visible position that interacts with administrators, agency leaders, teachers, and learners.
Our ideal candidate will be a strong team player and have:
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is a plus
- Experience in training practitioners to implement workplace skills and foundational career readiness courseware
- Demonstrated project management skills as well as an ability to work independently
- Deep understanding of educational software and other technology tools
- Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to make effective presentations to large and small groups
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in leading professional development training is a plus
- Ability to travel 30% of the time
