About the role:
You will be based in our ultramodern Chicago offices, which is easily accessible by public transportation, and overlooks the Chicago river.
Initially, you will act as a liaison between the WIN Franchise Owners (clients) and a passionate support team comprising experts in marketing, training, and technology. In this liaison role, you will receive requests for support from the clients. You will triage the request and then coordinate resolution. You will basically act as a Champion for your clients, while working collaboratively with experts to devise solutions that clients are looking for.
As you grow in this role, you will begin to develop expertise in our processes and systems, and begin to gradually develop subject matter expertise to troubleshoot issues, and help clients in a highly responsive and empathetic manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the WIN Franchise Owners (clients) and the WIN support team
- Over time, develop expertise in WIN's systems and processes
- Provide client support in a highly responsive, collaborative and empathetic manner
- Utilize internal tools and resources to provide client support
- Coordinate and schedule various webinars and training programs
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly proficient in and comfortable with technology, apps, and social media
- Kind, helpful, friendly and pleasing personality
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and outstanding organizational skills
- Strong work ethics and ability to get things done both autonomously and collaboratively
- Preferred but not required: 4 years of experience in a client support role
- Like to work hard, have fun, laugh with colleagues, and embrace accountability
