Position details:
Full-time 7am to 3:30pm or 7:30 to 4:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
We are seeking an organized efficient Administrative Professional to be responsible for administrative duties to join our team. The position will be responsible for daily order and service processing from start to finish including invoicing, answering phone calls and managing customer accounts.
Duties include:
-New account set up while establishing and maintaining relationships with customers through opening, welcoming and interactive communication.
-Ensure customer requests and inquires are met in a timely manner
-Process customer orders from scheduling to invoicing
- Process incoming service orders and correspondence with customers.
-Generate new quotes per requests
-Preforms other related duties assigned by manager
