What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift - Front Desk $500 Signing Bonus position at WIMMER COMMUNITIES?
The Hours:
1st Shift - Monday thru Friday 7am - 3:30pm (hours may vary slightly depending on the day). Holidays
$18.00 Per hour
A Typical Day as a Receptionist:
- Building strong relationships with our residents and being part of a positive and motivating team.
- Show off your customer services skills via answering the phone and greeting/interacting with our residents and guests.
- Strengthen your clerical skills by assisting with the creation of calendars, menus, flyers, and bulletin board updates.
- You will also be able to dabble in various administrative tasks and computer data entry.
- Responsible for upkeeping the appearance of the property’s office, clubhouse, common areas, restrooms, model and vacant units
- Monitor supplies level and notifies the manager of supply needs on a bimonthly basis
- Attend and participate in departmental meetings, in-services, and training as required
- Perform any other tasks as deemed necessary by the manager
