Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Weekend position mainly - some week nights, EOH, ICU experience is required, vent, drips, etc, EPIC; may need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. Job Requirements Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals. Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. For any disciplinary actions please complete FACIS Questionnaire available in EII document library and upload with board documents and verification. Additional Details Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty. Minimum 80% or the national benchmark passing score that demonstrates competency in the area of specialization. Only 2 attempts allowed. Must be AHA.
