Manufacturing Packer
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our production team as a Manufacturing Packer. In this role, you will package products, help keep the production line running smoothly, and make sure all products meet our quality and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Pack products correctly and safely.
- Operate packaging machines and equipment.
- Read and follow work instructions.
- Check products for correct labels, seals, and quality.
- Report or help fix minor machine problems.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Move materials and finished products as needed, including lifting heavy items.
- Help with warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and organizing inventory.
- Follow all company safety and food manufacturing rules.
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to use packaging equipment and warehouse tools.
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills in English.
- Ability to follow written instructions carefully.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and work safely around machinery.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test (THC is not included in the screening).
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for most of the workday.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks using your hands and arms.
- Able to bend, kneel, push, and pull throughout the shift.
