Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect (hybrid)

Wily Fox Technologies is looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team ( hybrid - must reside near Sacramento, CA)

We are looking for a curious and motivated Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect to help our client with their cloud infrastructure operations. In this role you will be able to define infrastructure standards, optimize environments, deploy new solutions, and define operational processes.

For our Sacramento based hybrid project, we are looking for client facing professionals that meet the following requirements.

• Minimum 11 years of experience managing, maintaining, securing, and optimizing Azure and/or AWS environments
• Five years experience working with automation scripts (Ruby, Python, etc.)
• Six years experience working with infrastructure code languages (YAML, HCL, etc.)
• Experience working with federal or state governments
• Five years working with serverless computing (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)
• Certification required (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Solutions)
• Desirable - Certified Kubernetes Administrator
• Desirable - virtual server experience (Hyper-V, VM Ware, etc.)

Pay: $75.00 - $95.00 per hour

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Cloud architecture: 10 years (Required)
• infrastructure code languages (YAML, HCL, etc.): 5 years (Required)
• federal or state government: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Solutions certification (Required)
• Kubernetes (Preferred)
