Position Summary
The Dishwasher/Food Prep position is vital to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness of all kitchenware and equipment while stepping up to assist with essential food prep tasks that support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Dishwashing & Sanitation: Efficiently operate dishwashing equipment and manually wash specialized pots, pans, and utensils. Ensure all kitchenware is thoroughly sanitized and organized back in its designated areas.
- Food Preparation: Assist line cooks with basic food prep, including chopping fresh vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling baseline components for dishes.
- Kitchen Maintenance & Safety: Keep the food prep and dish areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift. Properly dispose of trash, recycling, and linens in accordance with health regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Restock supplies, plates, and line items as needed to help the kitchen staff maintain a fast service pace. Communicate clearly with the team to streamline back-of-house operations.
Position Requirements & Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods of 4 to 6 hours per day.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment and comfortably lift up to 30-40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness, and adherence to food safety/hygiene standards.
- A positive attitude and a reliable, team-first mindset.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends.
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but we are fully willing to train the right candidate!

- Tuesday to Sunday 8AM - 2:30PM
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
