- Oversee Project & Personnel operations on Fire Alarm, Life Safety & Electrical projects throughout the DMV region
- Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Financial ownership, profitability, billing, estimates and margins
- Schedule, labor, personnel, logistics
- Site visits, customer interaction & safety/code compliance
- Fire Alarm, NICET certifications, NFPA NEC knowledge preferred
- Base salary project-based incentive bonus
