This individual would be encouraged to operate in a method they see best to grow and refine the department. This person would direct goals, growth, and future plans - and utilize the resources and personnel already in place that are ready to be shaped and molded into their vision.
This organization has been providing Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Alarm, Door Hardware, Security, Communication & Low-Voltage solutions to Commercial markets for over 40 years - all with a family environment & stability at the core.
- Branch/division level leadership with full autonomy
- Project and personnel operations leadership
- Finance, P&L, cost operations leadership
- Work directly with Ownership on vision, strategy & key decisions
- Full team of project managers, technicians, engineers, sales reps, middle management, admin and office personnel as direct reports
