Role Overview:
- Manage accounts receivable and collections activities for major retail clients
- Perform reconciliations within retailer and customer portals, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Conduct manual billing using JD Edwards and NetSuite, ensuring invoices are accurate and processed on schedule
- 6-month contract position
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable or collections experience in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Familiarity with retailer portals (Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Target, Safeway, etc.) required
- Experience performing manual billing
- Experience with JD Edwards and/or NetSuite is a plus
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with close attention to detail
Salary : $36 - $39
