Duties
- Clean windows on high-rise, multi-story, or ground-level buildings using appropriate tools and safety equipment
- Use squeegees, scrubbers, cleaning solutions, and other specialized equipment to achieve streak-free finishes
- Inspect windows for damage or dirt buildup and report any issues to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols rigorously when working at heights or in challenging conditions
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order for each job
- Coordinate with team members to complete scheduled cleaning tasks efficiently and on time
- Ensure all work areas are left clean and free of debris after completing each job
Experience
- Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar outdoor cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Ability to work at heights safely using harnesses or scaffolding when necessary
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, lift, and work in various weather conditions throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills to understand job requirements and collaborate effectively with team members
