Wilson Trailer Sales & Service, Inc., a trusted leader in the semi-trailer industry, is seeking a motivated Outside Parts Salesperson to join our growing team. This position covers a well-established territory throughout Eastern North Carolina, selling semi-trailer and truck parts to a loyal customer base with strong growth potential.
We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused professional ready to build relationships, expand accounts, and represent our company with pride. Experience in heavy truck or trailer parts is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with strong sales instincts and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct outside sales visits, cold calls, and product demonstrations
- Manage client accounts and respond to customer inquiries
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with the internal team to meet territory goals
- Promote product lines and grow brand visibility in the region
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and organized with solid time management
- Ability to lift and handle heavy truck parts as needed
- Minimum 2 years of parts sales experience (preferred in heavy-duty truck/trailer sector)
- Valid driver’s license (required for company vehicle use)
