We are currently seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team and advise on the full range of privacy, data processing, and cybersecurity matters on corporate and technology transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other commercial and strategic transactions. You will be part of an industry leading team advising private and public companies of all sizes in a variety of industries, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, cloud computing, software, and fintech.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, technology transactions, or other transactional work is required. Additional experience with technology industries, regulatory policy and enforcement are also desirable. CIPP certification is a plus. J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, superior academic credentials, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $225,000 β $260,000, based on year classification.
Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
