Responsibilities
- Prepare and Check Inventory items according to recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Assist in Pricing and Quality Assurance.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meat service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to the kitchen manager.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and culinary techniques.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.

- Experience in meal preparation within a fast-paced food service environment.
