- Build and maintain positive relationships with homeowners.

- Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
- Represent Wilson Roofing with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
Who You Are:
- You have experience in in-home or door-to-door sales (preferred) and love connecting with customers face-to-face.
- You communicate clearly, earn trust quickly, and represent yourself and the company with integrity.
- You’re hungry to succeed and thrive in a performance-based role.
- You can confidently explain roofing basics and service options.
- You’re great at managing leads, follow-ups, and your own schedule.
- You have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
