Wilson Psychological Associates is growing, and we are looking for a compassionate, organized Psychiatric Nurse Medical Assistant to join our mental-health team! As our Psychiatric Nurse Medical Assistant, you will:
• Support our psychiatric nurse practitioner with daily patient care
• Manage check-ins, PHQ-9 screenings, vitals (BP/weight), and chart updates
• Handle refill requests, pharmacy calls, PMP checks, and prior authorizations
• Process faxes, emails, voicemails, and patient messages throughout the day
• Maintain waitlist communication and help fill schedule openings
• Upload records, send ROI forms, and coordinate with our administrative team
• Assist with phones and front-office flow when needed
This role is essential to keeping our medication-management services running smoothly and ensuring an excellent patient experience.

✔ Efficient with EMR systems and multitasking
✔ Experienced in a medical or mental-health office (preferred)
✔ Comfortable learning prior authorizations (training provided!)
Medical assistant certification is helpful but not required.
