JOB SUMMARY
As a Nurse Aide Trainee, you will be working to become a Certified Nurse Aide. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Provide quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living (ADL'S) such as:
Daily Routines such as: Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Assistance with eating, Assisting with resident mobility
Help improve quality of life for residents though individualized care.
Documenting residents ADL's
The ability and importance of noticing changes in residents conditions and reporting those changes to your supervisor
Ensure excellent communication skills with staff, residents, and families.
Create positive resident outcomes.
Demonstrate respect your residents, staff and families
Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times.
Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful criminal background check
Good, positive attitude showing compassion and kindness for others
Team Player
At least 10th grade education with basic computer skills
Good communication skills
