Wilson Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented for Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinical environment for our patients and team members.

Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment
- Prepare instrument trays for patient appointments
- Maintain sterilization records and follow OSHA and infection control protocols
- Stock and organize clinical supplies
- Assist with operatory turnover between patients
- Help maintain cleanliness throughout the office
- Support the clinical team with various tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow protocols and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Dental experience is a plus but not required
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel between our Keene, NH and Greenfield, MA locations
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
