Wilson Manifolds is seeking a Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team!
Responsibilities and Duties
· Record and post-day-to-day transactions applying 3 ways match control
· Clarify any research questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures
· Ensures credit is received for outstanding credit memos.
· Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
· Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, preparing checks, and resolving invoices, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
· Pay vendors by scheduling payments, and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
· Maintains historical records by scanning and filing documents.
· Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.

Qualifications / Skills
Bookkeeping: 3 years (Preferred)
Associate (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 3 years (Preferred)
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs)
· Must know Quick Books - Enterprise Edition
· Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure.
· Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements.
· Strong written and oral communication.
· Organization and attention to detail.
