Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
We are a small sustainably minded company looking for a competent and dedicated landscaper to join our team. In this position you will perform all aspects of landscape maintenance such as spring/fall clean, weeding, deadheading, pruning, fertilizing, mowing, trimming, mulching, planting annuals and perennials, and making compost. To succeed in this position you should be physically fit, enjoy physically demanding work in all weather, have an attention to detail, have excellent organizational skills ,and be able to follow instructions as well as work independently. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, professional, and self motivating.
Responsibilities:
*punctual arrival on a daily basis
*perform all aspects of landscape maintenance
*use hand and power tools
*follow instructions
*work as a team and work independently
*perform all work to a quality standard
*complete work in time frame allowed
*obey health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
*physical stamina
*ability to work outdoors in all weather for entire day
*capacity to use gardening tools and machines
*valid drivers license
*clean driving record
*cell phone
*experience preferred
*knowledge of mowers and trimmers operation a plus
*must live within 30 minutes of Ridgway
