What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steel Fabricator Layout Person position at WILSON IRON WORKS?
Structural steel fabricator in Crown Point seeking a local candidate to fill a structural steel layout position. This ideal candidate should have experience with blueprint detail drawings, measuring tape, torch, grinder and MIG tack welding. We can train the right person if you do not meet all of the requirements. Must have some physical attributes and not afraid to get dirty. Tight knit group seeking dependable, hard working person. Good attendance is mandatory.
This is a long term position, NOT temporary. Currently working Monday-Friday 5:00am-4:30pm and Saturdays required as needed. Overtime rate paid after 40 hours.
Pay rate is $18-$22/hour depending on experience
