We are recruiting a Strategy Consulting Associate to enhance our client service capabilities. The job location will be in Spartanburg, South Carolina and will include significant travel to client sites.
Role Description:
The WGP Strategy Consulting Associate is responsible for supporting WGP’s consulting practice across a diverse set of activities. While focusing on direct service to WGP clients, the Strategy Consulting Associate will also have responsibilities for the development of the WGP practice and ownership and development of their own career.
Qualifications and Experience:
You must be authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available.
Bachelor’s degree with exemplary performance and at least 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally, within a professional services environment. MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities can be categorized into three broad areas, but given the size of WGP’s practice, the ideal candidate for this role will be flexible and resourceful in advancing the WGP mission: Partnering with our clients to deliver lasting, actionable guidance on their fundamental challenges. This role’s general mission is to enable client success by taking on analytical, creative, and other problem-solving tasks in direct service to WGP’s clients.
