What are the responsibilities and job description for the TLC Childcare Director - Green Hill High (Full-time) position at Wilson County Schools, TN?
The Learning Center (TLC) is a childcare program (ages 8 weeks - 5 years) for Wilson County Schools' employees. The program follows the Wilson County Schools calendar.
Qualified applicant must have a minimum of a high school or general equivalency diploma (GED). A Tennessee Early Child Training Allicance Certificate (TECTA) and at least four (4) years of experience with children in a group setting are preferred.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
These are full-time, 200-day positions with insurance and retirment benefits. Salary will be determined by qualifications, experience, and placement on the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule, Pay Grade 8. Starting pay will be no less than $18.56 per hour (with no experience).
