What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cafeteria Manager - Elzie Patton Elementary position at Wilson County Schools, TN?
Qualified applicant must have minimum of high school or general equivalency diploma. Post-secondary education or training is preferred.
Must have at least three (3) years of School Nutrition or food service management. Must be able to follow assignments and directions; work cooperatively with others; and perform work required of job.
The goal of the position is to ensure school cafeteria is compliant with all local, state and federal regulations including public health and safety; and to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the school cafeteria for the ultimate health, comfort, and benefit of the students and personnel. This is a full-time, 206-day position with insurance and retirement benefits. Pay will be determined by approved, documented work experience and placement on Grade 9 of the Hourly Support Pay Schedule. Starting rate of pay will be no less than $19.87 per hour.
