Front Office Receptionist

Qualified applicant must have minimum of high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education is preferred.

The successful candidate will serve as receptionist and admin support for the front office, and will be working with students, parents, and the public on a daily basis, greeting and directing visitors as they come into the office along with answering the phones. Must have strong communication skills, not only in person, but via the phone and email. This position also requires proficiency with using technology and multiple computer programs such as Skyward and Microsoft Office. Will work closely with the attendance office, bookkeeper, and other secretaries.

This is a full-time, 180-day position with insurance and retirement benefits.

Pay rate will be determined by education completed, comparable work experience, and placement on the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule. For applicants with less than a 2-year degree (or coursework equivalent), the appropriate grade is Grade 1, and starts at $14.33 per hour. For those with at least a 2-year degree (or coursework equivalent), the appropriate grade is Grade 3, and starts at $14.65 per hour.
