Responsibilities:
- Call and follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide friendly and professional support while answering customer questions.
- Record customer feedback and share with the service teams.
- Assist with scheduling service appointments when needed.
- Help maintain positive relationships by showing care and appreciation for every customer.
