What You'll Do
In this role, you'll provide thoughtful, patient-centered care while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. Your day-to-day will include:
- Getting to know your patients through comprehensive assessments and personalized care planning
- Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care with attention to each patient's unique needs
- Monitoring patient conditions and keeping your care team informed every step of the way
- Administering medications and treatments with precision and care
- Documenting clearly and accurately to support continuity of care
- Partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
- Educating patients and families so they feel informed, confident, and supported
- Stepping into leadership or charge roles when needed, helping guide and support your teammates
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is both skilled and compassionate:
EducationExperience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
- Medical/Surgical experience is a plus, but not required
LicensureCertifications
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Kansas
- BLS (CPR) certification
- ACLS, PALS, and Trauma certifications (within 1 year of hire)
