Wilson Construction has an opening at our Corona office for an Administrative Assistant with a positive, can-do attitude!
Responsibilities:
• New Hire Onboarding.
• Training presentations, as assigned.
• Assisting/managing other Databases as needed.
• Updating employee training records in ISNetworld database.
• Working with employees and supervisors to enforce compliance with ISNetworld training requirements.
• General filing and organization; and other duties as assigned.
• Administrative and clerical support for the Safety Manager NorCal.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience administrative/clerical support experience, PG&E familiarity a plus.
• Safety and/or Training experience a plus.
• Software proficiency: MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PDF.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and constructively with others.
• Strong ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills.
Successful candidates should have relevant experience including a strong progression in professional responsibilities. Our ideal candidate will be an organized, motivated, self-starter.
