What Youāll Be Doing
As a Client Success & Technology Associate, youāll be the friendly face of our company when we visit client sites. Think of yourself as a guideāsomeone who listens to what people need, helps with simple tech fixes, and brings back insights so our team can keep businesses running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Talking with clients about their tech needs and challenges
- Handling on-site IT support, such as:
- Setting up desktops
- Swapping out monitors
- Removing viruses
- Installing equipment (e.g., screwing hardware into walls, connecting cables)
- Documenting setups with photos and notes (hardware, software, office layouts)
- Ensuring clients follow IT best practices (password updates, firmware updates, replacing outdated equipment)
- Sharing your observations with our team to help deliver even better solutions
