The role will work directly with multidisciplinary teams nationwide - highway, drainage, structures, rail, signals, lighting, ITS, and more - to support project teams with practical guidance, design strategy, and production workflows that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide national leadership for digital delivery and BIM implementation on AEC projects.
- Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams in the use of 3D design workflows, modeling standards, and quality control practices.
- Champion consistent, scalable BIM and digital delivery approaches across regions and project teams.
- Support strategic pursuits and high‑profile projects by advising on delivery strategies, technologies, and workflows.
- Lead pilot initiatives and contribute to the development of firmwide standards and best practices for AEC BIM.
- Mentor and support staff through project onboarding, training, and ongoing technical leadership.
- Represent Wilson & Company with clients, industry partners, and professional organizations as a leader in digital delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in a similar role within the Engineering, Architecture, or Construction industry, with a focus on digital delivery.
- Demonstrated experience leading BIM, 3D design, or digital delivery efforts on AEC projects.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design workflows.
- Proven ability to provide technical and strategic leadership across multiple project teams and geographic locations.
- Experience developing, implementing, or supporting BIM standards, documenting best practices, and quality control processes.
- Ability to mentor staff, support onboarding, and guide teams through workflow changes and emerging technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders.
- Active awareness of industry trends related to AEC, BIM, and digital delivery; participation in professional organizations is a plus.
- Experience with common design and BIM platforms (e.g., Civil 3D, OpenRoads, ProjectWise, Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar tools) is preferred.
- Assisting Wilson & Company in identifying and implementing practical AI-driven opportunities to optimize workflows. Emphasis on safe, focused, and responsible adoption that advances design technology, improves efficiency, and supports high-quality project delivery.
