Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects, is currently seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer graduate in our Phoenix, AZ office. The ideal candidate will have an interest in MEP engineering design for electrical systems. This position will have a primary focus on the daily operations of engineering projects and interoffice collaboration with staff and team members. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, who enjoys being part of a team performing office and field work, and ability to collaborate and develop solutions with other disciplines.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Electrical engineer of projects.
- Provide design, design management, specifications, and studies of electrical projects.
- Developing good client relationships.
- Assist in preparation of engineering fees for procurement of projects.
- Federal projects.
- Vertical building designs, such as offices or schools.
- Power distribution and wiring.
- Water, wastewater, and industrial waste facilities.
- Bachelors of Science or Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering or related subject.
- Ideally has passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam or will take it soon after hire
- Ability to take and pass the Professional Engineer (PE) exam as soon as qualified.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to make local site visits.

Salary : $32 - $40
