Wilson College invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Business beginning August 2026.

Responsibilities

Teach a 3/4 course load in on-campus and online formats

Deliver courses across multiple areas of the undergraduate business curriculum, based on expertise and interest, including:
Accounting, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, eSports Management, Marketing, Project Management, Sport Management, and Supply Chain Management -
Teach courses ranging from introductory to upper-level

Contribute to experiential learning, internships, and community partnerships

Engage in scholarly or professional activity appropriate for a teaching-focused institution

Participate in faculty governance and service
Qualifications
Minimum:
- MBA or other master’s degree in business or a closely related field
- Demonstrated commitment to effective undergraduate teaching
- Relevant professional experience in business, industry, government, or nonprofit sectors
Preferred:
- Earned doctorate (or ABD) in business or a related discipline
- Ability to teach across multiple functional areas
- Experience with online or hybrid instruction
- Evidence of scholarly engagement or significant professional achievement
This is a 10-month, tenure-track appointment. Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Initial interviews will be conducted virtually, with campus visits for finalists.
