What You'll Do
Be the first warm voice clients hear
Conduct site visits and consultations to uncover real needs
Deliver clear, confident, high-level estimates
Collaborate with Project Management on final pricing
Document everything in JobTread (or similar platform)
Guide early-stage conversations with professionalism and empathy
What You Bring
Experience in residential estimating or preconstruction sales
Strong communication with high-end clientele
Fluency in construction budgeting, scope definition, and timelines
Organized, self-driven, and solutions-oriented
Familiarity with estimating software (JobTread, Buildertrend, etc.)
Compensation & Future Perks
Full-time position
Competitive salary: $60,000 to $90,000 commission on new clients/projects
Some remote flexibility
