Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond to inbound calls, web leads, and internet chats promptly.
Provide guidance and build rapport with customers through excellent customer service.
Appointment Setting:
Strategically schedule appointments based on customer needs.
Conduct reminder and follow-up calls to maximize appointment attendance.
Sales and Upselling:
Sell repairs to customers who initially declined necessary work.
Encourage customers to fill out surveys to gather valuable feedback.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with Service Advisors to understand the business and products.
Participate in ongoing training sessions for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
Maintain composure in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to multitask during peak times of high call volume.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Organized in tracking and managing follow-up calls.
Ambition for achieving sales targets.
Willingness to learn new systems, including CRM tools.
Punctuality is a must.
Additional Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Participate in team and process development sessions, maintaining positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management.
Utilize the CRM tracking system daily.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
5-day work week, including holidays and most Saturdays.
