PROGRAM SUMMARY:
This program provides tools, knowledge, and support needed to build a strong foundation in banking. The program includes shadow opportunities, hands on training, mentorship and real-world experience across key areas from retail to operations. Participants accepted into this program participate in the daily activities of each area in the Bank by learning the duties required of various positions and developing an understanding of the processes and workflows. Through this unique opportunity, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the promotion of the products, services, and operations of the Bank. Adherence to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program is required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in banking, finance, economics, or related field. In the absence of a degree, at least two years of banking experience.
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills as well as the ability to interact in a helpful and professional manner
