JOB DESCRIPTION:
A total facilities maintenance company that has been in business since 1982 is seeking a Full Time (Union) candidate to join our team in Augusta, GA.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Will have knowledge of all heating, ventilation and air conditioning / refrigeration systems
- Will have knowledge and experience of chillers, Air Handlers and VAV Boxes
- Will be knowledgeable in all areas of building maintenance and operations
- Will complete Maintenance Service Requests, special projects, ensure preventive maintenance documentation and work is completed
- Service and operate environmental-control systems
- Make daily operational tours of all related equipment
- Must be knowledgeable in building maintenance and repair of architectural and structural items.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a t least three (3) years of experience obtained within the past five (5) years in a trade or occupation in maintenance, repair, and operation of buildings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be knowledgeable with air handlers and chillers
- Must be self-motivated individual that can work unsupervised
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass security background check
