Wilshire Law Firm is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing fullcycle recruiting processes in attraction evaluation and hiring of top talent.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own fullcycle recruitment attracting evaluating and hiring top talent.
- Source identify and engage with prospective candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking referrals and events.
- Conduct indepth candidate screens through resume reviews phone or Zoom interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open opportunities.
- Partner with hiring managers to calibrate on skills and needs for their teams develop job descriptions and postings to attract the right candidates and build recruitment strategies.
- Post and monitor job advertisements on various platforms
- Utilize applicant tracking system to review applicants document and maintain candidate files and job advertisements.
- Create and maintain a regular reporting cadence to update hiring managers and leadership on metrics and progress.
