The Opportunity
As an Office Services Clerk, in our Pre-Litigation Department, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with essential documents necessary to the operation of a leading personal injury law firm.
Accountable for
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, copying, and properly distributing to appropriate departments and team members.
- Handle document filing into appropriate folders and record relocation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and stock general supplies as necessary.
- Special project assistance as necessary.
- Prior law firm experience and personal injury law experience preferred.
- Advanced experience with office equipment, including copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Case management software experience preferred.
- Ability to sort and organize efficiently.
- Experience working with litigation documents.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- $21.00 - $25.00 an hour depending on experience
