As a Legal Assistant, you will work closely with attorneys and partners throughout every stage of litigation. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional who can confidently manage a high-volume caseload, stay ahead of critical deadlines, and provide responsive support to both clients and the litigation team.
This is a hybrid position that may be based in Los Angeles, Torrance, Irvine, Oakland, San Diego, or Sacramento.

$52,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience.

As a Legal Assistant, you will work closely with attorneys and partners throughout every stage of litigation. This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional who can confidently manage a high-volume caseload, stay ahead of critical deadlines, and provide responsive support to both clients and the litigation team.
This is a hybrid position that may be based in Los Angeles, Torrance, Irvine, Oakland, San Diego, or Sacramento.
What You’ll Do
- Support attorneys through all phases of employment litigation
- Calendar and track court dates, filing deadlines, and case milestones
- Prepare and finalize documents for filing in state and federal courts
- Assist with discovery, pleadings, complaints, motions, and notices
- Communicate professionally with clients, experts, courts, and opposing counsel
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date electronic case files
- Assist with trial preparation as needed
- At least two years of Legal Assistant experience in employment litigation
- Experience with wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or related FEHA matters
- Working knowledge of California court rules, litigation procedures, and e-filing
- Ability to draft, edit, proofread, and finalize legal documents
- Strong calendaring, organizational, and case-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, paperless environment
- Trial preparation experience is a plus
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
$52,000-$85,000 annually, depending on experience.
