The Opportunity

Accountable for
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop strategies to litigate wage and hour matters in state and federal courts.
- Take responsibility in being part of a litigation team representing clients in depositions, motion hearings, and mediations.
- Develop persuasive research, writing, and oral advocacy skills while being mentored by more senior attorneys.
- Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Superior analytical and legal research skills.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate persuasively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
- Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.
- Compensation range based on experience: $140,000 - $275,000 plus performance based incentives
