Pay Range: $18.50 – $21.50/hour

What You’ll Do as a CMT:
-
Administer and assist residents with self-administration of prescribed medications under RN/LPN supervision

Monitor, document, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with all regulations
-
Promote resident safety and well-being in all aspects of care

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Encourage social engagement and foster a positive community environment

Supervise and support CNA staff and provide direct care when needed
-
Transport residents to meals and activities and assist with feeding when required

Conduct regular resident rounds and follow up on care needs
What You’ll Need:

Current Missouri (MO) Certified Medication Technician (CMT) license

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
