Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide direct administrative support to the Head of Wealth & Planning and Trust Services, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management.
- Support senior leadership through preparation of materials, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions.
- Interact regularly with the Wealth Leadership Team and internal partners across Wealth Management.
- Conduct research and identify relevant articles, industry trends, and data; summarize findings for leadership review.
- Assist with Family Office analyst responsibilities, including data analysis, reporting, and ad hoc analytical support.
- Support the overall delivery and enhancement of the virtual family office platform and related systems.
- Provide support on departmental initiatives, strategic projects, and continuous process improvement efforts.
- Assist in developing presentations and materials for leadership using PowerPoint and related tools.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance research, analysis, and productivity where appropriate.
- Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in alignment with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
- Identify and escalate risk-related issues to management as appropriate.
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and addressing issues raised by regulators.

- Regularly interacts with internal partners and senior leadership across Wealth Management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; or, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of four (4) years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, including advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven success in collaborative team environments.
