PURPOSE STATEMENT:
This position is responsible for greeting all facility visitors, ensuring confidentiality review and encouraging a friendly atmosphere in the reception area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- This individual is responsible for answering the switchboard, typing, filing, mail distribution and other general clerical/office duties.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
Qualifications:
- Two years general office, excellent computer skills and answering switchboard experience required.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- CPI, CPR (Offered at facility).
- Ability to work with male and female, adult (18 & over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed/opiate dependent population. Must be able to work with culturally diverse populations.
