What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and guide them through their service experience.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and honestly.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs.
- Deliver clear, competitive estimates and keep customers informed.
- Follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive service experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication and sales skills with a heart for service.
- Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
